Michael Cunningham - Chairperson
Michael Cunningham is the chairman of the Community Housing Resource Board of Anderson and has been a member of the board since 1998. He currently works for Anderson County where he serves as the Assistant County Administrator. Michael grew up in Abbeville County South Carolina, and moved to Anderson County in 1998 shortly after completing the Master of Public Administration program at Clemson University. He also serves on the boards of Anderson Area Chamber of Commerce, YMCA, and Communities in Schools of Anderson County, he is a mentor at Nevitt Forest Elementary, and is a volunteer at the Boys and Girls club.
Debbie Sloan - Treasurer
Debbie Sloan has been involved with the banking industry for the past 28 years. As an External Home Loan Consultant with Countrywide Home Loans she takes great pride in assisting her clients with obtaining the American Dream, owning a home. With Debbie's banking knowledge she attributes her experience by assisting the Community Housing Resource Board with Credit Counseling, 1st Time Home Buyers and Budgeting Workshops. Debbie has served on our board for the past two years. She has is currently serving on our board as Treasurer.

Genevieve Brown - Vice-Chairperson
Genevieve S. Brown (formerly Genevieve S. Brooks) returned to Anderson, SC from New York City in July 2000. Ms. Brown, a housing specialist and community activist also served as Deputy Borough President of the Bronx. She was the first woman to be appointed to that post. In light of Ms. Brown is background and contributions she was called an architect of the New Bronx.
